⦁ Contact details for a caretaker, neighbour or representative, if applicable
⦁ Any known boundary markers or fencing
⦁ Any particular concerns you would like us to investigate visually
⦁ Previous photographs, where useful for comparison
Lewka will then confirm the scope of the visit, quotation and proposed visit date.
The visit only proceeds after the service has been agreed and payment arrangements confirmed.

Visit details
Date of visit and property reference/location.
Clear photographs from the areas accessed.
An easy-to-understand overview of what we observed
Visible fencing, markers and other identifiable boundary features.
General condition of the entrance and access route.
Relevant visible changes or developments around the property.
Anything we believe should be brought to your attention
Where appropriate, we may recommend further investigation by a surveyor, lawyer, contractor or other qualified professional.
